Creating Partnerships

We have partnered with organizations that represent many schools or even many school districts to train key personnel tasked with implementing the Standard Response Protocol (SRP) and Standard Reunification Method (SRM). Not only do we teach these future trainers the programs, but also how to be engaging and effective presenters.

The Process

Typically an insurance pool or school board association will have an "I Love U Guys" Foundation representative keynote or present at one of their regular meetings or conference to see if the SRP and/or SRM is right for their membership. Once it is determined to implement one or more of our programs our representatives will visit before implementation begins, work on any co-branding and agreements requested and provide as many training workshops as needed.

Success Stories

In 2014 we successfully stood up Train the Trainer programs with the Property and Casualty Coverage for Education (PACE) in Oregon and the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB), each representing about 1000 school districts as well as other education entities. In both cases unique co-branded materials were created and multiple training workshops conducted across the state in order to provide ample opportunity for the key individuals responsible for implementing school safety programs to attend. This has resulted in rapid adoption and successful collaboration between schools and districts in implementation and material production costs (handouts, posters and guidebooks).
