The BETA Standard Distribution Method (BETA SDM)

Uncertainty is the Refuge of Hope.

The program was developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic during which many of our stakeholders are faced with school shutdowns while meal distribution needs persist. The BETA SDM represents emerging practices for students and staff currently out of school who need to continue receiving and distributing food and learning materials. Ideally, these tools can help schools and districts share meals and learning tools while practicing physical distancing and isolation or quarantines.

Pat Hamilton of the Adams 12 Five Star school district in Colorado put the BETA SDM version to use and helped refine it while his district distributed more than 16,000 meals in one week in March 2020. See it in action:

Please utilize these suggested methods to streamline the process of distributing meals and learning materials for your school community, and please send us your feedback so we can evolve the program.

We’ll send email notices of updates on the BETA SDM. Please sign up for our email list.

As is the case with all materials from The “I Love U Guys” Foundation, downloadable versions of these materials are made available at no cost. Not even an email address.

Printed materials are available for purchase. You do not need pre-printed materials to use any of our programs. You can print them yourself, or use the files electronically. Contact us for pricing on 50 or more pre-printed materials.
